A New Zealand success story, Ethique sells waste-free beauty products around the world. We were part of the content creation team that kept its lively audience engaged with social posts, blogs, web copy and on-pack copy in the brand's sweet-but-sciency tone.

Business travellers need a different level of service. And that's what Corporate Traveller offers, as part of the Flight Centre Group. We created blogs to ensure the brand was the first thing people found in a Google search.

As Australasia’s largest non-bank lender, Bluestone works with customers right across APAC. Its business is complex, to say the least, but it needed to ensure that customers knew what was going on at every stage. We brought together leaders from across the business in a workshop to establish the Bluestone tone of voice. Formalised into a detailed guide, this tone was then rolled out across hundreds of templated customer communications.
